When you complete the Ad Funnel Scorecard, a calculator, a contact form, or any other form on our sites, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:
When you book a strategy call, our scheduling provider also collects your name, email address, time zone, and the time slot you select.
When you visit, our hosting providers and measurement tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, the site or advertisement that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Because we advertise online, our pages may receive campaign identifiers in the web address you arrive on, such as a Google click identifier (gclid) or campaign tags (utm parameters). We store these alongside a form submission so we can tell which advertisement or keyword led to an enquiry. We do not use them to identify you personally beyond the details you submit yourself.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification numbers, patient records, or any health information about you or your clients through our websites. Please do not submit them through our forms.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tool, typically no longer than fourteen months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to the systems that hold enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our websites and services are intended for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
