These terms govern your use of our websites, our free tools such as the Ad Funnel Scorecard, and any strategy call you book with us.

By accessing or using adcelerate-media.com or any of its subdomains (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Airstars L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence number 2416138.01, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Adcelerate Media ("we", "us", or "our").
The Site describes our marketing services and offers free tools and information. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter a contract, and submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship. We provide services only under a separate written agreement, as described in section 7.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.

The Ad Funnel Scorecard, calculators, and similar tools on the Site are provided free and for general educational purposes. They produce estimates based only on the answers you provide, using simplified assumptions. They are not an audit, an appraisal, or professional advice, and they take no account of your specific market, offer, pricing, staff, or compliance obligations.
You should not make business or financial decisions on the basis of a score or estimate alone. We are not liable for any decision you take in reliance on them.
Marketing results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Any figures, case studies, testimonials, or performance examples shown on the Site describe results achieved by specific businesses in specific circumstances. They are illustrative and are not a promise, projection, or guarantee that you or your business will achieve the same or similar results.
Outcomes from advertising depend on many factors outside our control, including your market and competition, your pricing and offer, your advertising budget, the quality of your service, how quickly and how well your team follows up on enquiries, and the policies and pricing of advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, patients, revenue, return on ad spend, or cost per result.
A strategy call is a free, no-obligation conversation. We may reschedule or decline a call at our discretion, including where the enquiry falls outside the businesses we serve. Advice given informally on a call is general in nature.
If we go on to work together, the scope of work, fees, term, and all other commercial terms will be set out in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
When you submit your details through the Site, you agree that we may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide, including by phone call, text message, and email, in connection with your enquiry and about our services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
You can opt out at any time by replying with a request to stop, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or emailing us at connect@adcelerate-media.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and the design and scoring logic of our tools, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written permission.
The results you receive from a free tool are yours to use within your own business.
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including any free tool, at any time and without notice.
The Site and all free tools and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error free, secure, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any free tool, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site and any free tool is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). This section does not apply to services provided under a separate written agreement, which will set out its own liability terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the country where you live, and this section does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory law of that country.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies. We will revise the "Last updated" date whenever we make a change.
